FAQ
Shipping and Billing:
- Please indicate if your shipping and billing address are different.
- Please allow up to 7 business days to allow for items to be shipped from our artists to you.
- Items not received within (14) days will be refunded, including shipping.
Love it.
- Then keep it.
- All sales are final after (7) days of receiving items, if not heard from customer about any concerns or questions.
Not Loving it.
Returns & Refunds :
- Try it out and send it back within (7) days of receiving and a get a refund.
-The customer must pay for return shipping.
-Mail to Return Address on the package you received.
-If you decide to return item:
Please notify me via email: wgaussoin@gmail.com with the tracking number of the package you returned. Therefore, I can issue a refund. Please allow approximately 3-14 working days depending on the processing of your bank and ensuring artwork is received back to the artist.
Shipping Insurance for Returns:
- It is the customer's discretion.
- Although, If the item is not returned within (14) days. And / Or item is damaged by customer, no refund will be issued, and all sales are final.
- It is advisable for items over $500 for shipping insurance to be purchased.
Repairs or Questions about purchased artwork:
Work by Wayne Nez Gaussoin
- If your jewelry breaks within (14) days of receiving.
- Ship it back to me and I will happily fix it and send it back to you.
- After (14) days please contact me for pricing inquiries, if fixable.
All other Artists
- All sales are final after (7) days of receiving items, if not heard from customer about any concerns or questions.
- After (7) days I will put you in contact with the artist and it is up to their discretion, as each artist works differently.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs
Forms of Payment:
- We use Square POS. Square accepts all major U.S. credit cards and most internationally issued cards, including those with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay logo. It also accepts consumer credit cards, business credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards.
*All Policy and Procedures are subject to change under certain circumstances with notification to the customer first.
